The Ningo-Prampram MP made this statement during an interview with TV3’s Daily Show with Berla Mundi. “When I’m not doing politics, I’m lying to my wife,” Sam Nartey George explained.

There is no such thing as a perfect marriage, according to the legislator.

He said that an incorrect narrative about married couples’ life had been spread.

Choosing a suitable companion, according to the Ningo-Prampram MP, is the greatest way to avoid miscommunications that might lead to divorce.

“ Marriage is work but it is a good exercise, especially when you find the right person. Marriage is not a noun but a verb.”

Speaking on the country’s high divorce rate, Ningo-Prampram remarked that traditional media has played a significant part in misinforming the youth about the notion of marriage.

According to Sam George, film storylines have created an impatient young that believe marriages are without ups and downs.

“ People have watched too many Novela, movies have taught us a certain culture of impatience. No two people can live together without issues.

“ So we have been accustomed to it through the power of movies so that really is the challenge of marriage as well in young couples.”

Sam George and his lovely wife Vera just celebrated ten years of marriage.

The MP for Ningo-Prampram has mentored the young in a variety of ways to help them become better versions of themselves.
